All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, visual interfaces, artwork, videos, logos, trademarks, recommendations, and content arrangements, are owned by Sparkling Play or its licensors. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.

The Service may depend on app stores, sign-in providers, payment processors, advertising providers, analytics services, and content delivery networks. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, availability of any title, reward, purchase, or feature, or that the Service will be error-free. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
